Truffle Pig 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar with Peanut Butter

New to the herd!  With 5g of protein, 9g of sugar in the whole bar, why wouldn't you!  This 70% Dark chocolate bar is filled with our house-made peanut butter.    We buy our cacao direct from farmers, then we ferment it for a week, then dry it for another week.  After it is dry we clean the beans, hot air roast them like coffee then de-shell them. This is our ART!
